It's America's favorite weekend meal done Farmstead style, filled with our seasonal take on popular brunch staples, as well as tasty surprises (ever had a Fried Mortadella & Pancake Sandwich?). Reservations not required but highly suggested.

• pork blade, butter beans, soft egg, english muffin, red eye gravy
• "the balogna pony": fried mortadella & pancake sandwich, taleggio, pickles, spring vegetables, 70brix maple syrup
• today's soup, pimento grilled cheese, pickles
• our mini-angus burgers on cheesey-chive biscuits, smoky bacon, raclette & big fat onion rings
• today's salad
• cider doughnuts, with nutella or fluff
• slab of thick cut, house bacon
• "papas gordas," crispy fried potatoes, maro, pecorino toscano
• kate's lemon buttermilk biscuits, lemon curd, raspberry jam
