About Farmstead Downcity
Farmstead Downcity, located on Westminster Street in ‘Downcity’, Providence, is our newest extension of our food ethos. Our Downcity location came about when a vacant space adjacent to ENO Fine Wines became available. At this location we specialize in gourmet sandwiches to go, as well as a tempting assortment of artisan food products, with a particular focus on those crafted in the good ‘ol USA. From chocolates to chips, cheeses to dips- we’ve got you covered.
Farmstead Downcity creates made to order sandwiches- hot and cold, salads, prepared foods and desserts to please the most discerning palettes from CEO’s to students, all while offering the highest caliber of product we can provide. Most, if not all of our foods are created with our own hands- house roasted rare roast beef, maple brined turkey and smoky hams. You will find char-grilled vegetables, warming soups in winter, cool salads in summer and Kate’s baked treats all the time.
