&lt;strong&gt;5PM &amp;#8211; 8PM&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Our holiday Cheesemix was snowed out. Well, have no fear! The make up date for this event will be on Sunday, March 14th, from 5-8pm. We will be offering the finest of our winter cheese selection, spiked with some new spring arrivals, as well as some Irish curds thrown in for good luck&amp;#8230;it is the week of St. Patty&amp;#8217;s day, y&amp;#8217;know! Mike Lester from MS Walker will be joining us, displaying his impressive quiver of excellent wines to accompany our cheese selection. $30 per person, reservations accepted, but not required. &lt;p&gt;What&amp;#8217;s the mystery of malt? What the heck are hops? What&amp;#8217;s the yahoo about yeast? Join cheesemonger and beer advocate Liam in a tasting and explanation of the history, making, and flavor of 8 styles of beer, from floral pilsners to inky, oily stouts. year, Matt and his talented crew- Chef de Cuisine Benjamin Sukle and Sous Chef Ed Davis included- brought the piggy trophy home to Providence, after beating out 4 Boston Chefs in a friendly pork cooking competition for a cause. Come and support Farmstead &amp;amp; La Laiterie at this year&amp;#8217;s Cochon 555 on March 28th, so we can keep our bragging rights! Old world, new world, west coast, east coast, what goes into wine, why it makes a difference, and why it matters where you are. Made up in the Boston area, they are about as local &amp;amp; delicious as you&amp;#8217;re going to get. Stop on buy and try some jam, cheese, and bread with Bonnie. See you there!&lt;/p&gt;

Our tasting will be accompanied by jams, chocolates, sweets and chutneys from the region. This will be a great way to keep in touch with what&amp;#8217;s happening in our back yard.
